Tabata Core with Resistance Bands

Tabata core with resistance bands will get your abs firing and thighs burning.

As tabata workout is a high intensity workout that really pushes your mind and muscles. It entails completing 20 seconds of work, followed by 10seconds of rest.

Complete each exercise tabata series 4 times through before moving to the next exercise. For example, you will do the low squatting walk for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and then repeat that same exercise three more times before moving to the next exercise.

Great for your core, butt and quads.
