SLAM BRIDGE Tabata Workout

SLAM Bridge program coming sooooooon! I’m hopeful to have it up and running before the end of the month!!


Okay, so as you know, I’m a stickler about breathing and core engagement. Every human doing my program has to complete six levels of Core Basics. I don’t care if you are a ninja or new to exercise. We lay the foundation before we build our house! I’m all about teaching you how to use that core and pelvic floor.


After the basics, you will have a choice…head to SLAM or SLAM Bridge. What’s the difference? SLAM Bridge is designed to…well…bridge you to SLAM. Workouts are less intense, and shorter. Also, we will be doing a 2 days work/1 day rest workout cycle instead of the 3 days work/1 day rest in SLAM. The BRIDGE program is 12 weeks, and will build to get your progressively stronger and ease you into SLAM a little more gracefully. It is perfect for those of you who are more newly postpartum, and/or more new to exercise.

This is a sample of one circuit from a BRIDGE workout. We always start with a warm-up and finish with a core-specific circuit.  This is the middle part!  I want to show you that you can get so much done with just a little time. All you need is a long resistance band and just over 16-minutes.
