About this Recipe

This bare bones noodle recipe can be made ANY WAY YOU WANT! With this base you can create a variety of different flavors all within a single bowl of noodles. The sky is the limit and no two recipes are the same. Enjoy and have fun!

Ingredients

3 cups Vegetable Broth
Alternative(s):
3 cups Beef Broth
3 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Fresh vegetable of choice
6 oz. Cooked protein
1 package Ramen Noodles (without the flavor packet)
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sauce of choice
Garnish of choice

Ingredients

3 cups Vegetable Broth
Alternative(s):
3 cups Beef Broth
3 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Fresh vegetable of choice
6 oz. Cooked protein
1 package Ramen Noodles (without the flavor packet)
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sauce of choice
Garnish of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring broth to a boil in saucepan. Reduce heat.

Step 2

Add chosen vegetables, protein, and noodles.

Step 3

Simmer stirring occasionally, until ramen noodles are tender and ingredients are headed through — 3-5 minutes.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper. Top with sauce and sprinkle with garnish.

Step 5 (Optional)

Sriracha Shrimp Noodle Bowls:

Vegetable Broth + Shelled Edamame + Peeled Shrimp + Sriracha + Sesame Seeds

Step 6 (Optional)

Hoisin Beef Noodle Bowls:

Beef Broth + Small Broccoli Florets + Ground Beef + Hoisin + Sliced Green Onion

Step 7 (Optional)

Gochujang Chicken Noodle Bowls:

Chicken Broth + Julienned Red Bell Pepper and Carrots + Shredded Chicken + Gochujang + Fresh Cilantro
