Ingredients

1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Water
pinch Salt
2-3 Tablespoons Milk of Choice

For the Maple Brown Sugar:

1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Chopped Pecans
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon

For the Banana Nut:

1/2 Banana (sliced)
2 tablespoons Chopped Walnuts
1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
1/3 teaspoon Cinnamon

For the Strawberry and Cream:

1/2 cup Strawberry (sliced)
1 tablespoon Half and half
2 teaspoons Honey
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

For the Chocolate Peanut Butter:

2 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Peanuts (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave: Place oats, water and salt in microwave safe bowl.

Step 2

Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Then add 30 second increments until the oatmeal is puffed and softened. (once you have made this a few times you will learn what the best time is for your microwave)

Step 3

Add milk and stir.

Step 4

Add desired toppings and let rest/cool for a few minutes before serving.

Step 5

Stovetop: In a small saucepan bring the water to a boil.

Step 6

Reduce heat and add the oats. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and the water is mostly absorbed.

Step 7

Add the milk, remove from heat, and let cool.

Step 8

Add desired toppings and let rest/cool for a few minutes before serving.
