Put em’ in your mouth and suck em’. You know, a throw back to my South Park watching college days. Despite my ever-immature presentation, these little balls really are awesome…gluten-free, protein-rich, just indulgent enough, and EASY! Whip these together in five minutes flat and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup salted almond butter
2 heaping TBSP honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 TBSP coconut oil
Directions:
In food processor, combine the oats, almond butter and honey. Blend until well combined. Form into balls by rolling batter in palms. In small bowl heat the chocolate and coconut oil, microwaving for 30 seconds, stirring, and microwaving for another 30 seconds. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. Put in freezer if you want them sooner (15 minutes) or refrigerator if you aren’t a glutton (~1 hour). Put em’ in your mouth!
Here are the products I used. And can I just say…the Glory Bee honey is the BEST stinking honey I have ever tasted. It makes me feel angry, I like it so much.
