1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt (2 Percent Or Whole Milk)
1/2 Lemon (Zest & Juice)
1/4 tsp Liquid Stevia
Alternative(s):
1/4 tsp Honey (Or To Taste)
1 Cup Strawberries (Chopped)

Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, juice from half a lemon (or to taste), zest from half a lemon, and the stevia (add to desired sweetness).
Step 2
Spread the yogurt mixture over the rice cakes. Top with strawberries.
