This program works if you stick with it! I want to get the word out about the “Get Mom Strong” workout program. The best core workout I have ever done! On my 60th Birthday my goal was to climb Cathedral Rock, which I did! I could not have done it without getting in a little bit of shape before going. I started working out in October after my children told me to try the “Get Mom Strong” program. Ashley explains the “why” with each exercise workout. She has kept me motivated and I look forward to seeing what is next on the agenda. Even though this workout is geared toward moms and pregnancy it has worked wonders for my 60 year old body and I like it. She’s not paying me to say these things, I just wanted to share a program that might work for you if you don’t know where to turn and if you want a strong core.
Today I procrastinate going to the basement to workout because I have a hard time with the arm/shoulder workouts. Ashley has great exercises that have helped me so much. It’s amazing how much the little moves count! You have to get through core basics; it teaches you how to breath and move your core muscles. I didn’t want to do it either but have been working out since October 2022 and now see why it is a must! Stay strong ladies!
