I live in the Dominican Republic, gave birth to my son 15 months ago, and honestly I don’t know if they have pelvic floor therapy available to women here. I just remember my body feeling so heavy/lethargic and my lower back hurt from bad breastfeeding posture. I wanted a program that would help me heal, build strength, and motivate me.
With SLAM I have made a physical and emotional transformation. I feel way stronger!

FINDING MOTIVATION
I would like to say a big thanks to Ashley for creating this amazing program. I have often called her a magician or wizard to be able to get me, a person who swore she worked out with people because they were motivating, to look only at myself for motivation and to show up for every day.
Every day is progress, it's all about the process.
SLAM GAINS
My body is changing every day because of SLAM, getting stronger because of SLAM, I play with my very active three-and-a-half-year-old son and almost one-year-old baby because of SLAM. I have shoveled snow for days (Snowmageddon 2022) with gratitude to my body for what it can do because of you, Ashley. I was called the Energizer Bunny by my neighbor. So just thank you.

I can’t wait to see what the next chapter of workouts has in store for me.

I’m in Australia and I finished SLAM Bridge this afternoon! It took me 12 and a half weeks to complete. I’m super proud of myself for sticking with it. I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d have the motivation, but once I started and began to see progress two weeks in, I became slightly addicted to working out and looked forward to each session!
MY SLAM GAINS
I know it’s not about the scales, but I’ve lost 5 kg and I’m now much more toned all over! I’d like to add that I started running on the treadmill halfway through SLAM Bridge and it was after this that I began to notice weight shifting.
I’ve also experienced a ton of NSVs (Non-Scale Victories), such as it being easier to push the trolley at the shops/through car park – even if kids and the shopping are in it! I am no longer getting any back pain or as much neck pain. Jobs around the house that used to puff me out no longer do. I am sleeping so well. I can pick/lift the kids up easily with one arm. I’m a childcare worker and rocking little ones to sleep is not an issue and I can carry them almost effortlessly.
I just feel so damn strong!
I’m no longer a butt tucker! I actually have a bum now and a pretty great one at that. The list goes on. I just feel so damn strong! I’m feeling incredibly grateful for this program and how it’s positively changed my health and well-being. SLAM…I’m coming for you!

I feel great physically and more energized throughout the day, less body aches and I feel stronger.
I don't need to force myself to do household chores anymore, because I have the energy to do them.
I don’t own a scale so I’m not sure how many pounds I’ve lost but I know I’m down 4.5 inches in my waist and 4 inches in my hips! I used to be a swimmer in high school (state champion and everything), but I haven’t worked out since then and now that I’m back into it it’s part of my routine, so thank you again!
Thank you for all your hard work it’s really paying off physically and mentally for me. Ashley, you are my role model.

Ashley, I cannot thank you enough for this program. I just completed SLAM Bridge this morning, and I feel so Mom Strong.
After my son was born, it was tough to get up and down from the floor with him. And a traumatic C-section and recovery didn’t help. Now we’re both running around, jumping, hiding under tables, squatting with proper breath (he loves working out with me), and all that fun stuff! I can do all of this and be an active mom because of you.
