1 Quinoa Flour Tortilla (Or Choice Of Tortilla)
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Alternative(s):
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 Cup Chopped Salad Kit (Buffalo Ranch Or Preferred Flavor)
1/2 Cup Canned Black Beans (Drained & Rinsed)

1 Quinoa Flour Tortilla (Or Choice Of Tortilla)
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 Cup Chopped Salad Kit (Buffalo Ranch Or Preferred Flavor)
1/2 Cup Canned Black Beans (Drained & Rinsed)
Preparation
Step 1
Generously spray a frying pan with cooking spray. Allow it to get warm.
Step 2
Place the tortilla in the pan. Top the tortilla with shredded cheese.
Step 3
Add the black beans (or protein of choice) to one side of the tortilla.
Step 4
Cook until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate. Add the salad mix and dressing if desired. Fold the tortilla in half to eat.
