Sautéed Lemon Kale

This is a great way to get some of those leafy greens!
Ingredients
4 Heaping Cups Kale (One large bundle with stems removed)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Use fresh juice)
1/8-1/4 tsp Salt (To taste)

This is a great way to get some of those leafy greens!
Ingredients
4 Heaping Cups Kale (One large bundle with stems removed)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice (Use fresh juice)
1/8-1/4 tsp Salt (To taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Pick leaves off of kale stems and break into smaller pieces, and place in a sauté pan with olive oil and no heat.
Step 2
With clean hands, aggressively massage kale. Sounds weird, but makes it less bitter.
Step 3
Turn burner to medium heat and sauté until wilted and starting to crisp. About 5 minutes.
Step 4
Turn burner to low and add lemon juice and salt. Sauté an additional minute or two, or to ideal crispness.
