Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Bake

This is so simple. Like so simple. Like SOOOO simple. And that’s why it is one of my favorite weeknight meals.
Ingredients
2 lbs, halved Chicken Breasts
8oz jar Sun-Dried Tomatoes
4 cloves, minced Garlic
2 TBSP Dried Basil
to taste Sea Salt
to taste Black Pepper

Ingredients
2 lbs, halved Chicken Breasts
8oz jar Sun-Dried Tomatoes
4 cloves, minced Garlic
2 TBSP Dried Basil
to taste Sea Salt
to taste Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a large glass baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and basil and minced garlic.
Step 4
Spread the sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken (oil included!)
Step 5
Cover tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Step 7 (Optional)
I like to make this with a big side salad, or some roasted broccoli.
