The easiest meatballs that can be easily customizable for any taste or protein. They are so yummy that you can cover them in sauce, put them in a sub, or even eat them plain! Plan to store them in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to a month.

Ingredients

2 Eggs
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 pound Ground Beef
1 pound Ground Pork
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2

Combine all ingredients into one large bowl. Using your hands combine all ingredients until they start to “stick” together.

Step 3

Shape the meat into balls of your desired size and place on parchment lined sheet pans.

Step 4

Bake at 350 F for 14-25 minutes depending on the size of your meatballs. The internal temperature of the meatballs should be 160 degrees F.

Step 5

Cool and then serve. These can also be frozen and reheated in a crockpot with sauce or in the oven again.
