Ingredients

1/2 box Pasta of Choice (Look for a protein pasta - ziti or penne)
1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/5 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 jar Marinara Sauce
1 Zucchini (chopped)
1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
to taste Salt and Pepper

Ingredients

1/2 box Pasta of Choice (Look for a protein pasta - ziti or penne)
1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/5 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 jar Marinara Sauce
1 Zucchini (chopped)
1/2 Yellow Onion (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the back of the box. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Cook your ground beef adding garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Once pasta and beef are cooked combine all above ingredients and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer all ingredients into an oven safe baking dish. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Step 5

Bake on 375 for 35 minutes. Let cool and serve.

Step 6 (Optional)

If you want to freeze this — complete all steps through putting it in the baking dish. Do not cook – but cover with foil and freeze. When you go to eat the dish you can bake it right out of the freezer at 375 for 40 minutes.
