2 Cups Bananas (Very Ripe & Mashed)
1 Egg (Or 2 Egg Whites)
2 Cups Gluten Free Quick Oats
2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Ingredients

2 Cups Bananas (Very Ripe & Mashed)
1 Egg (Or 2 Egg Whites)
2 Cups Gluten Free Quick Oats
2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Mash bananas until they just have a few small chunks.

Step 3

Whisk in the egg whites until combined.

Step 4

Add in oats and protein powder (salt and cinnamon are optional) and gently stir until fully combined and a thick dough forms.

Step 5

Gently fold in raisins.

Step 6

Using a portion scoop, scoop mixture and place on baking sheet about 1 to 2 inches apart. Press each scoop down lightly.

Step 7

Bake for 10-13 minutes.

Step 8

Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
