1 Cup All Purpose Flour

1 Cup Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
1/4 Cup Protein Powder (Flavor of Choice)
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Cup Water (More If Needed)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 Banana (Sliced for Topping)
Strawberries (Sliced for Topping)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
Step 2
Add the maple syrup and water. It should be thick but pourable.
Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Use a cooking spray or a good non-stick pan and scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Step 4
Cook until bubbles start to appear and the edges of each pancake look dry and firm. Flip and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
Step 5
Top with syrup or choice of toppings.
