About this Recipe

These garlic butter chicken thighs come together fast—crispy outside, juicy inside, and done in 15. The sauce? Garlicky gold you’ll want to pour on everything.

Ingredients

2-1/2 lbs Chicken Thighs (boneless & skinless (about 8-12 thighs))
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
6 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 C. Chicken Broth

Preparation

Step 1

Season both sides of chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken in skillet with the smooth side down.

Step 3

Press down lightly with a spatula or tongs. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the chicken is golden and crispy.

Step 4

Turn and press lightly to ensure all parts of the chicken are touching the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until cooked through.

Step 5

Add butter and garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until garlic is slightly golden- not browned.

Step 6

Add broth, then turn up heat. Stir and use a spatula to scrape the golden bits stuck on the skillet. Simmer for about 1 minute or until the liquid is reduced by half.

Step 7

Remove from heat. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and serve with your choice of sides!
