Ingredients

1 lb. Cheese tortellini (From the refrigerator section)
24 oz. jar Marinara sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (sliced)

Ingredients

1 lb. Cheese tortellini (From the refrigerator section)
24 oz. jar Marinara sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
4 oz. Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9×9 baking dish with cooking oil.

Step 2

Cook the tortellini pasta in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse.

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese and parsley. Stir gently to combine.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking ish. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella and more parsley if desired.

Step 5

Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
