Best served over hot rice -- because the flavors of this one are so good that you want to make sure to soak up all the sauce! You can use fresh pineapple or canned.

Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) package Smoked sausage (cut into 1/2 inch slices)
1 Red Bell Pepper (seeded and chopped)
1/4 cup Sweet chili garlic sauce
1 cup Pineapple (cut into 1/2 inch pieces - fresh or canned)
3 cups Rice (rice of choice)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and stir sausage and bell pepper in large saucepan over medium-high heat until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are tender — about 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add chili garlic sauce and pineapple — cook and stir for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Serve over cooked rice.
