1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Flaxseed Meal
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup Honey
1 TBSP Chia Seeds (optional)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Chill mixture for 1-2 hours. Once chilled, roll into 1 inch balls.
Step 3
Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week, or freeze for up to 4 months.
