Ingredients

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Chicken Thighs (boneless, skinless)
to taste Salt
to taste Black Pepper
1 lb. Green bean
2 cups Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1/2 cup Basil Pesto

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and add chicken thighs.

Step 2

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the center, then remove from the pan. Slice into strips.

Step 4

Add the green beans to the same pan and cook until tender and crisp.

Step 5

Return the chicken strips to the pan and add pesto and tomatoes. Stir until fully incorporated.
