27 slices Bread of Choice
9 Eggs
9 Egg Whites
4 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 1/4 cups Milk of Choice
2 1/4 cups Vanilla Protein Powder
2 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

For the Toppings:

Whipped Cream
Berries of Choice
Maple Syrup
Powered Sweetener

27 slices Bread of Choice

For the Toppings:

Preparation

Step 1

Lightly coat a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk together all ingredients except for the bread.

Step 2

Working with 1 slice at a time, dip bread in egg mixture to completely saturate on both sides. Shingle soaked bread slices in prepared baking dish. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Meanwhile, pour out and discard any egg mixture that has accumulated in bottom of baking dish. Transfer baking dish to oven, and bake French toast until top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Remove dish from oven; let stand 15 minutes. Serve with syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or berries!
