Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2

Toss the broccoli and garlic with olive oil, lemon juice and salt.

Step 3

Arrange the florets in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Step 4

Roast at 425 degrees for 16-20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.

Step 5

Toss with parmesan and black pepper — then serve.
