About this Recipe

Using pre-cooked shredded chicken you can make super flavorful tacos! Add whatever toppings you have on hand and you have dinner all set to go.

Ingredients

1 pound Chicken (cooked and shredded)
2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 Yellow Onion (minced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Salsa

About this Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound Chicken (cooked and shredded)
2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 Yellow Onion (minced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Salsa

Preparation

Step 1

In a skillet, heat oil and saute the onion until it’s soft and translucent (3 minutes).

Step 2

Add the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds. Add cumin, oregano, chili powder, and salt. Cook for one more minute.

Step 3

Add salsa, and just mix it in and let it warm up.

Step 4

Add the chicken, and mix it in with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Serve in warmed up tortillas, or chips (gluten free if necessary) and include any of your favorite taco toppings.
