Alternative(s):
2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
2 Cups White Rice (Cooked & For Serving)
1 Head Broccoli (For Serving & Roasted)

Preparation

Step 1

Press the tofu while preparing the vegetables and rice (about 15 minutes).

Step 2

In small bowl, whisk together garlic, siracha, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.

Step 3

Chop the tofu into cubes. Toss with cornstarch until all sides are coated. Add salt and pepper if desired.

Step 4

Add the oil to a large skillet. When the oil is hot, add the tofu cubes. Fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

Step 5

Turn heat to low and add the sauce. Gently coat the tofu and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Turn off the heat and add the sesame oil.

Step 7

Serve on top of rice and vegetables if desired.
