Cheese solves everything sometimes! Here is a fun way to liven up your veggie game with some crusty baked parm cheese. This is a bit more work than frozen veggies but I promise you it will be worth it! If you are not into using a recipe sometimes it’s just a sprinkle of cheese on top of skillet baked veggies that makes the veggie more of a star than an after thought.
