Let's Hide Them! Hahaha! Sometimes the easiest way to get vegetables in is to hide them away. Try this recipe to hide that zucchini inside a warm and extremely yummy fritter. You can bake those into muffins or bread too. I also have heard of a brownie recipe that includes these sneaky veggies… I will have to find one for next time! ;)
