I love making a yogurt bowl. It allows you to use what you have, pack in an early morning protein punch and have an easy, quick breakfast idea ready to go! Protein tips… add a scoop of protein powder to your yogurt base and/or use greek yogurt which is naturally high in protein to begin with! My kids also love when I make it extra special and put the yogurt in a fun plastic fancy glass for them! We call them yogurt parfaits and it’s like having Starbucks in your own kitchen!!
