Kids want pancakes… that’s ok! Try this protein filled pancake recipe. Hint… Make them ahead of time and stick them in the freezer… pop them in the microwave and voila! Mom happy Kids happy!

Frozen Vegetables - Made good!

The trick with frozen veggies is NOT to put them in the microwave. Instead throw them in a skillet with some butter or oil and give them a quick fry on HIGH heat. At the end, add some seasoning or salt to really give them a special kick.
