Protein Packed Greek Yogurt Bowl

I love making a yogurt bowl. It allows you to use what you have, pack in an early morning protein punch and have an easy, quick breakfast idea ready to go! Protein tips… add a scoop of protein powder to your yogurt base and/or use greek yogurt which is naturally high in protein to begin with! My kids also love when I make it extra special and put the yogurt in a fun plastic fancy glass for them! We call them yogurt parfaits and it’s like having Starbucks in your own kitchen!! Fun presentation for the win!

This is a call for more fun presentation and bonus... flavor for vegetables that usually have NO flavor and tend to be a little “boring”. Let’s take cauliflower for example… how can you make this an exciting vegetable? Well, this recipe calls for serving it as a whole head of cauliflower and then lathering it in cheese and garlic. So you have both flavor and presentation all set for this sometimes lackluster vegetable. Give it a try to impress anyone you have over for dinner… even if it’s just you!!
