Enjoy Pilates, lake-side bootcamp workout, meditation classes, pelvic health workshop, paddle boarding, kayaking, sauna time, hiking trails and farm-to-table chef prepared cuisine. SATURDAY, JULY 15, 2023

7am: self serve coffee + tea + light breakfast + slow mornings

9am: *Core Technique Class (Nikki & Ashley)

11am: Brunch

Free time: swim, hike, paddle board, kayak, journal - the time is yours!

4pm: *Pelvic Floor & Core Workshop (Nikki & Ashley)

5 pm: Outdoor Bootcamp (Ashley)

6:30pm: Farm-to-Table Dinner

8:30pm: Stretch & release meditation (Nikki)

SUNDAY, JULY 16, 2023

7am: Light breakfast + Nature Walk

9am: *Pilates & Core Circuit (Nikki & Ashley)

11am: Brunch

12pm: Departure (you may stay and enjoy the grounds as long as you wish)

FAQ

Where is the Bloom Holistic Retreat location? How do I get there?

You can drive, or take the train to Kingston station - it's only a 20 minute Uber trip north of Kingston. Drive time is about 2.5-3 hours from Toronto, 2 hours from Ottawa, and 3-4 hours from Montreal

I am new to pilates/working out, does that matter? 

Absolutely not. We are happy to modify classes to your ability level and adjust for any injuries, pregnancy or postpartum. Please don't deny yourself the pleasure of an incredible trip because you are new to working out! We are laid back, totally inclusive and know you'll feel amazing after the experience! This retreat is perfect for all levels. Beginners and seasoned Pilates aficionados alike will receive the detailed instruction that catalyzes personal transformations.

I am pregnant/postpartum. Can I do the classes?

Yes we are happy to offer modifications! Many of moves will not need to be modified.

I have food allergies. Can you accommodate? 

That's our specialty! We get it, and will do everything we can to ensure you enjoy healthy delicious food according to your dietary needs. 

What's the typical age of Retreaters?

The bulk of our guests range between 30 - 65, however all are welcome. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Many people come by themselves and leave with amazing new friendships! 

Do I have to participate in all the classes/activities?

Heck no! If you prefer to cozy up with a book or lounge by the dock, the choice is yours! Anything goes.

NIKKI BERGEN

A master trainer & creative educator, Nikki Bergen is one of Canada’s most sought after fitness experts. Nikki’s passion for pelvic health and advocacy, coupled with 20+ years as a Pilates trainer has driven her to create The Belle Method - pelvic health informed Pilates programs for pregnancy, postpartum & beyond. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two young children. When she's not teaching birth prep & postpartum courses to women around the world, you can find her hosting local and international wellness retreats with her company Elevate Retreats, or writing her first book on the pregnant pelvic floor. www.thebellemethod.com

ASHLEY NOWE

Ashley Nowe is a certified Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Nutrition Coach. Her journey teaching moms to heal was born from her own struggle with diastasis recti after the birth of her twins. Ashley is the founder of Strong Like a Mother (SLAM), a total-body health and fitness program that loves your core and pelvic floor. To date, she has helped more than 50,000 women stay strong during pregnancy, heal postpartum, get strong as hell, and ditch diet-culture once and for all.  Ashley is a mom to four boys and her one girl...a fur-baby.
