Ingredients

6 Chicken Thighs (boneless and skinless)
Alternative(s):
1 pound Chicken Breasts (cut into small pieces)
to taste Salt and Pepper
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

For the Spicy Sauce:

5 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 1/2 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
Alternative(s):
1 Tablespoon Sambal Oelek
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/2 teaspoon Sesame Oil

For the Garnish:

Green onions (diced)
Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Heat skillet on stovetop over medium high heat.

Step 2

Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss well to evenly coat all the chicken.

Step 3

Add the oil to the pan and allow to heat briefly then add all the chicken to the pan and distribute evenly. Allow to cook undisturbed for about a minute, then toss and allow to sit undisturbed for another minute. Continue cooking, tossing regularly, until chicken is cooked through and evenly golden brown.

Step 4

Meanwhile, combine all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Step 5

Pour sauce into skillet and stir to combine. Allow to simmer, tossing occasionally, until sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
