Each PDF download, online content, and workout program sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer purchased products to any third party or person.
All purchases made on getmomstrong.com, its App, or through Apple or Google Play are non-refundable. Since the products and services made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us at [email protected] to discuss a resolution.
By placing an order with GET MOM STRONG, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have a parent’s permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions, which shall apply to all orders placed.
PAYMENTS
All transactions conducted through GET MOM STRONGare handled by a dedicated third party to ensure your information is secure. All payment information is handled by MemberPress, Stripe, PayPal and/or your app subscriptions. Your credit card information is not stored by GET MOM STRONG. RETURN POLICY
As all of our products are digital, they are deemed “used” after purchase or download. This, unfortunately, means we have a strict no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with a product. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the GetMomStrong service through the end of your Monthly or Quarterly or Annual billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH OR PARTIAL QUARTER, OR PARTIAL YEAR MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED GetMomStrong CONTENT.

BILLING CYCLE
The membership fee for our service will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each Month, Quarter, or Year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill your Payment Method each Month, Quarter or each Year on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. Membership fees and fees for all our services are fully earned upon payment. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as indicated below, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. In the event your paying membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your GetMomStrong membership or became a paying member on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th if paying monthly, and your Payment Method would be billed on that date. Your renewal date may change due to changes in your Membership.
CANCELLATION
All of our memberships are auto-renewal and must be canceled by each member 48-hours prior to each billing cycle to avoid recurring charges (This is a business standard similar to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple & Google subscriptions).
You may cancel your GetMomStrong membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the GetMomStrong service through the end of your Month, Quarter, or Year billing period. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL-MONTH OR PARTIAL-QUARTER, OR PARTIAL-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP PERIODS OR UNWATCHED GetMomStrong CONTENT.

To cancel your membership, follow these 4 steps:
1- Login to your account at GETMOMSTRONG.COM
2- Click on your ACCOUNT avatar on the top right corner.
3- Within the ACCOUNT page, click on ” MY PURCHASES”
4- Right bottom corner you will find a link “CANCEL” simply click on it.
If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click “ACCOUNT” and then “MY PURCHASES”.
If you signed up through In-App Purchases through Apple:
1-Open settings
2-Tap your name
3-Tap subscriptions
4-Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you signed up through In-App Purchases through Google:
1-Open Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
2-In Google menu that open, tap Payments & Subscriptions.
3-Tap Subscriptions, then find and select the Get Mom Strong app.
4-Once its settings page opens, tap Cancel Subscription.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINER/CLIENT AGREEMENT
Consult your physician, assess your fitness level, and follow all safety instructions before beginning this or any exercise program and nutrition plan. GET MOM STRONG is a physically demanding, high-intensity exercise program. It is extremely important that you listen to your body, use common sense, take breaks, and hydrate as needed to avoid injury and help prevent serious medical conditions, such as rhabdomyolysis, a rare but potentially lethal threat impacting people who have not let their muscles adapt to difficult workouts. If at any time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities, or you feel any discomfort, pain, dizziness, or nausea, you should discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider your use of the program or the particular exercise routine.
Certain GET MOM STRONG programs utilize resistance bands, door anchors, benches, stability balls, sliding discs, weights and other equipment which, if not used correctly, could lead to serious injury. For your safety, you must use any equipment shown in the workouts only as demonstrated/discussed, inspect any equipment prior to each use and refrain from using any equipment that appears damaged, worn or defective. For any equipment that requires hanging or attaching, always use a secure, proper, and stable anchor. For exercise moves that require wrapping exercise bands around your body, make sure the bands are firmly secured to prevent slipping or injury to yourself or anyone else. Always exercise caution during use to make sure you do not lose your grip or control, such as making sure your hands are not wet or sweaty. When performing jumping or other exercises using a workout bench or household item, make sure your bench/household item is stable, strong enough to hold your weight and does not move. If you do not think you can safely perform exercises with your bench/item, or you do not have a proper bench, you should skip that exercise. Improper form or use of equipment can cause serious and permanent injury. Always make sure your exercise area is clear of any obstacles, including pets, children, other people, or equipment not currently in use.
If you are pregnant or if you have any unique or special medical conditions, such as a history of knee, ankle, shoulder or spinal (back or neck) problems, consult with a competent and reliable physician to understand all risks, contraindications and complications of using this program, and receive authorization from them before beginning. While this program is intended for postpartum women and women who are or may become pregnant, GET MOM STRONG is not a medical professional. You will want to work closely with your medical professional of choice to ensure this program is safe for you and , if applicable, your unborn child. By using this program, you assume all dangers, hazards and risks of injury in the use of this program. GET MOM STRONG offers many fitness alternatives if you are prone to or have a history of injuries, or are not ready for a physically demanding workout and nutrition plan. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, GET MOM STRONG, will not be liable to any person or entity for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by any workouts, nutrition plan, advise or any other GET MOM STRONG content.
By purchasing GET MOM STRONG content, I acknowledge the following:
I understand that may stop or modify exercise at any time during a session, and that it is my obligation to notify my physician or seek medical attention immediately if I develop any symptoms such as extreme fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort.
I understand that exercise involves certain risks, including but not limited to, serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, heart attack, stroke or even death. Also, injuries could occur to bones, joints or muscles. Slips, falls, and unintended loss of balance could result in muscular, neurological, orthopedic or other bodily injuries. I understand that part of the risk involved in undertaking any activity or program is relative to my own state of fitness or health (physical, mental, or emotional) and to the awareness, care and skill which I conduct myself in that activity or program.
Knowing the material risks and appreciating, knowing, and reasonably anticipating that other injuries are a possibility, I hereby expressly assume all risk of injury, and death, which could occur as a result of my use of this program.
I do hereby waive, release and forever discharge GET MOM STRONG from any and all responsibilities or liability for any present and future injuries or damages resulting from or arising from my participation in any GET MOM STRONG activities. [email protected]
