Mini egg bites

Let’s fancy up our egg game… here are two options. Mini egg cups – Whip up some eggs with a bit of milk then add some fun additions like bread pieces, cheese, bacon pieces, or veggies. Mix it all together and put into a greased mini muffin pan and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Now you have little egg bites for breakfast instead of boring old scrambled eggs! Plus they freeze really well too to save for later in the week! You can also try some Egg tacos - Make those regular scrambled eggs and then roll them up in a soft tortilla shell. Add some extra flavor by adding salsa, cheese, sour cream, or even olives!
