Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Sheets

 

These will take you five minutes to make, and will last you a few days! They are an awesome kick-the-sweet-tooth treat. I love having these on hand for the late afternoon snack attack!

 

Ingredients: 

3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

3 cups crispy rice cereal

1-scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

 

Directions: 

Mix all ingredients. Roll them up into little balls. It helps to have slightly wet hands so they don’t stick as much. Put in an air tight container and enjoy.
