Vegan. Diary free. But, such a great consistency. If you haven’t tried chia seed pudding, you are in for a treat. And–chia seeds have lots of benefits! They are high in fiber, healthy fats and protein. Tip: Make four of these and store them in the fridge. They keep well and make a perfect late afternoon snack!
Ingredients:
(Makes one)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup milk or milk alternative of choice (I like macadamia nut milk!)
1 tbsp honey
Directions:
In a medium-sized mason jar, stir together all the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This is so yummy topped with berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
