This is pretty tasty considering it is low in sugar and even lower in time commitment.



1 scoop chocolate protein powder*

1 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp granulated sweetener (I just go sugar, but you can do coconut sugar or stevia)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1.5 tbsp cocoa powder

1 egg

1/4 cup milk of choice (I like macadamia)

1-2 tbsp chocolate chips

Microwave Instructions:

1: Grease a small bowl or mug.

2: In mixing bowl, combine all protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, cocoa, and sweetener.

3: In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients.

4: Mix in the chocolate chips.

5: Microwave for 1 minute



If you prefer oven, have no fear. It is still quite quick. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Follow the above instructions, just be sure you are using an oven-friendly dish. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until desired consistency.
